Résumé
About Me
I am a 3d environment, props and effects artist. I’m passionate about making video games. I am capable of modeling, UV mapping and texturing complex low and high poly models from concept art, as well as lighting environments and creating various types of effects. I have a strong understanding of level design and what can improve or inhibit smooth enjoyable gameplay.

Relevant Experience
SuperVillain Studios (Feb. 2008 – Current)
Supervillainstudios.com
At SuperVillain Studios I did several props for the Wii title Order Up! then began work on environments and effects for an unannounced rpg, also on the Wii. I worked very closely with programmers and designers to build up the capabilities of our effects engine for that project. I also began making next-gen props and weapons for another rpg as well. This includes creating normals from high-res models. I was Lead Artist on Fat Princess: Fistful of Cake for the PSP and I am currently Lead Artist on Tron: Evolution for the PSP.
Papaya Studio (Dec. 2006 – Dec. 2007)

I worked on two concurrent projects at Papaya Studio, Disney Princess: Enchanted Journey and George of the Jungle: The Search for the Secret. My primary responsibilities were environment modeling and lighting as well as props for those areas. I also did particle and other effects and began to move more in that direction up until the end of my employment there.
Oddbeat Inc. (Aug. 2003 – Oct. 2005)

I have worked for Oddbeat Inc. both on a freelance basis and as a full-time employee. My first project was a video game level called DM-Monumental for Unreal Tournament 2003/2004. Oddbeat Inc. was contracted by Dayspring Cards to create an animated short called The Really Woollys-Doyle & the Big Splash. I worked full time on the project as the environment modeler creating all of the environments and props. I also began building assets for an in-house project at Oddbeat Inc.
Freelance (Jan. 2002 – Dec. 2005)
I have done many freelance projects. This includes realistic architectural renders, various presentation pieces for my client to show to potential customers, small web development and billboard advertising. My clients have ranged from creative groups to construction contractors.
Cedar Key Beacon – Internship (May 2002 – July 2002)
I was responsible for helping clients with new websites and adjustments to existing websites.
